Returned Merchandise
Our return policy is 10 days on UNOPENED items and those items WILL BE CHARGED A 15% restocking fee. Items will not be accepted if they do not have all accompanying manuals/accessories. Shipping fees will NOT be refunded for any return. We are not responsible for customer order error. If an order error is made by the customer, the customer must pay for all extra costs incurred including shipping and re-stocking. SPECIAL-ORDERED items will not be accepted for return: i.e. Custom arrows or bows. To return an item please send e-mail to admin@stringslinger.com with "return" in the subject line. Please give reason for return and telephone number we can reach you at. You will be given a "RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER" and instructions for return. The "RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER" must be on the carton that is shipped back. Return Authorizations must be used within 5 days.

Shipping Policies
All orders will be shipped via UPS or Fedex ground. If you would like another method of shipment, please contact us at admin@stringslinger.com for other shipping options. We can not ship to PO Boxes or FPO/APO addresses. We only ship to the 48 continental states and Alaska and Hawaii. Additional shipping charges to Alaska and Hawaii may apply.

Defective or Warranty Merchandise
Defective or warranty merchandise is repaired or replaced by the manufacturer. Merchandise must be returned directly to the respective manufacturer. We will supply you with the address, phone number and any assistance you may need. This allows the quickest turn around for product replacement and allows direct problem determination and correction by the manufacturer.

Back Orders
If an item ordered is back-ordered, you will be notified by e-mail or telephone as soon as the stock issue is realized. You will have 5 days to reply. You may refuse the order or you may wait for the item to be stocked. If an item is not stocked within 30 days from order, you will be cancelled automatically.
